Our experimental kitchen is back June 26thβ—οΈπŸ‘©β€πŸ³ This is where we test and try new dishes, new cookery methods, new and different ingredients. In June we are focusing on fermenatation of some of our favourite foods! Our chefs and apprentices get the opportunity to create new dishes for menus coming up.

$45 per head with a minimum of 4 courses.
